Usually, Cliffjumper did not stall. Charge right ahead and get it done and then it'd be over faster, no matter how that "over" turned out. Right now, though? Yeah, he wanted it over and done with, but he still didn't feel like being in close proximity to Ratbat any sooner than he had to. Not that he senator would be likely to arrive himself until the last possible moment, but still.

"So, uh... A bit, yet?" Cliffjumper didn't like being this reluctant, because what did that say about him, especially as Ratbat hadn't... really... done anything? It torqued him off, but at the same time he didn't feel at all like leaving the room.
