If the situation had been different, Megatron would have approved of the action and weapon used both. Because had it been different, this would probably have been a gladiator match, and then such a thing as claws were just another possible thing to be attacked with.

Philosophical rethorics, but he very much believed them, which was probably obvious in the miniscule straightening of Megatron's frame, optics flashing and his voice - not actually consciously - deepening to carry better, despite the fact that the basic medbay was rather small, and all mechs present were standing clustered close.
It was also a useful distraction, because the feeling of Ratchet moving about was familiar, setting down restrictions that echoed back many, many vorns. It was not a pleasant reminder.
