He had seen many things while serving as a consort himself - and heard rumors of many, many more. He'd been contracted by, associated with, or simply met a good fourth of the senators and even a handful of council members by the time he had stumbled across the Matrix and became Prime.
There had been a several resignations and mysterious 'holidays' that a number of senators had not returned from when he had ascended - the few he had witnessed committing shady acts first-hand, and those that thought he might have. It was played off as protests against serving a low-class mech like himself, but the truly crafty ones had stuck it out.
He had investigations running on all of them.
Nodding in dismissal at the guards, he motioned both Megatron and Ratchet forward to the exit.
"Well then, we might as well find you a closet." He chuckled. He honestly wanted to see Megatron's reaction to where he really would be staying.
