Optimus smiled back unrepentantly - it was hard to maintain the Hard Leader/Prime facade outside the courtrooms or out in the field. It wasn't him, and he was determined to win the violent mech over in some way - and being annoyingly blunt and honest seemed like it might be a good way to start.

Ratchet snorted, perhaps at the reply, or perhaps at the hand he was examining.
"...Fragged up glitch. I'm going to have to take off half your hand paneling to get at the torn motor controls."
