He did try, the moment he gently gripped the audial, to wiggle out from under the larger frame, but he'd more counted on the grip loosening rather than tightening. Kicking reflexively in the air as those hands gripped deeper, the inner edge of his foot scraped harmlessly along Optimus' hip and upper thigh.

He hadn't expected that to happen, and Cliffjumper writhed, inadvertently deepening the pressure against the circuits Optimus had managed to reach, charge jumping up and snapping down his frame.
Despite the ineffectiveness, Cliffjumper still tried to twist away and weakly pull down on Optimus' arms to use them as leverage, but that was hard to do when his grip was as much kneading (and a weak punch or two) from the charge the Prime was teasing up from his pinned hips, as trying to "escape" and well.
Those hands were large. Involuntarily, his engine revved, and another spike of energy snapped up towards the circuitry around his spark chamber. At least it would be impossible to tell what had caused it.
