Optimus laughed out loud, frame rumbling over Cliffjumper's squirming one at the reaction he got.

"...No? Do you dislike that?" He asked, teasing gently with both tone and touch, fingers curling against his hip. He happily waited for a reply, engine sputtering with pleasant shocks as his audials were tugged.

"Is that sort of talk not something that pleases you?"

He was a bit impressed that Cliffjumper managed to keep that up, despite being obviously flustered. Poor mech. He was so much fun to tease.
