Optics re-igniting when Optimus pulled his hand away and Cliffjumper actually noticed the difference in the stilling but still bright and hot charge and feedback from the overload, he squirmed and then hesitantly closed his hand about the one holding his.
He still felt too keyed up, circuitry buzzing and his spark somewhat too large... Nothing helped by the fact that this close, even with the Prime still closed up, he could feel the hot pulse of Optimus' spark. Metal still between them or not, Cliffjumper's overload had obviously already established a tenous connection.
"Uh... Do you---" He begun, but couldn't quite continue, optics dropping from not precisely looking Optimus in the optics, to his still-closed chestplates, down to glance what he could of the bright swirling lights from his own spark and then away.
