Those three ports weren't, of course, the only ones. Some more detailed inspection would reveal the other ones scattered across his frame.
Megatron's optics narrowed immediately at the reaction his words caused, glow brightening in suspicious surprise. They knew something. And that was enough to distract Megatron from the misbehaving... everything as a growl reverberated up from engine and vocaliser both.
"I want explanations, and if you have them, neither of you are leaving." Snapped out in an irritable, demanding rumble, even though he didn't - as far as he knew - have the position to demand anything.
He could feel the Prime's stare and turned his helm to glare at him, but was... caught. Obviously, while Optimus knew something, he was also clearly... affected by whatever was going on.
Somehow, that soothed part of his annoyance away and the tilt of his helm was more aggressively questioning rather than demanding. The unconscious way he was leaning back with his hand on the berth, however, wasn't as out of place as the earlier strut, but he wouldn't have done it on his own yet, either.
