Humming around the metal bar caught between his teeth, Megatron chuckled and went sideways, dropping a brief kiss right at the edge between metal bar and red armour. Following the ridged part of the chestplates with his lips and tongue after dropping another kiss down the lower bar, Megatron hummed in agreement.
"Technically, I suppose you could call it that. But since I do intend to deliver, it wouldn't really be teasing. You're merely stuck here until I am done." Then he dragged his teeth down first the upper, and then the lower bar in front of the opposite headlight that he'd been teasing earlier.
Optimus was hot beneath him, minute twitches that he could feel not just through his hands as he slid his fingers along the hip joint gap, but also his mouth up around his Prime's chestplates. He usually didn't tie people up, not because he didn't like the sense of power, because he certaninly did. But he did also like reciprocating... on the other hand, at the moment he certainly didn't mind as every little twitch, tremble, jerk and work from Optimus was teasing charge up.
At least there'd been no demands to go faster yet.
