The kiss Megatron gave was on smirking lips - Optimus didn't miss that look, and he was already adding to his mental list of ideas for revenge for this little stunt.
But he 'let' the kiss come, head tilting back into the contact and shuddering under the strain of all the pleasant charge running through his frame. He was so very close, circuits flaring hotly, unspent charge crackling audibly within exposed ports.
The sudden...lack of additional charge at his interface was met with a disgruntled growl against Megatron's lips. Couldn't the mech make up his damned mind? Touch him or don't touch him!
Despite his admittedly intense enjoyment of kissing his Highlord, he ended up giving him a sharp bite in retaliation.

He jerked his hips up, into that hand still holding his panels open; his spike rubbing up against Megatron's wrist firmly enough to make him hiss.
