O: Oh, but that was a word Optimus knew all too well.
As if he needed another reason to beat down the remaining attacker...who really should have been smart enough to use the gun on him instead of the already downed minibot.
Ignoring his pained leg, he charged gun-up, ready to blast any part of the mech that decided to try and peek out from his living shield and ended up giving the would-be kidnapper no choice - he was going to be taken down, be it by shot or fist. The first time he tried to stick the gun out to hit him with the stasis gun, it got blasted to bits. Smirking at the panicked look on the mech's face, who was apparently torn between throwing Cliffjumper out as a shield or bolting - he slammed into the smaller mech with the force of a truck before he could scramble more than a few feet away.
CJ: While Optimus took care of the last would-be kidnapper, Cliffjumper was - repeatedly, even - trying to stand up, swearing sub-sonically as the paralyzation from the stasis-gun shots held, his systems unable to circumvent and/or repair the problem as quickly as he'd want.
Maybe he was just that sheltered, but he had certainly never been called something like that... Though he was aware of certain attitudes and words describing minibots in particular, too, so he wasn't sure why he felt so... unsettled by the mech having used that word towards him.
Maybe it was just the way he'd said it, which didn't just imply personal opinion, but some sort of knowledge, but what the slag... Then the last mech went clattering across the roof, clearly out for the count, and Cliffjumper looked around.
"... Slag. Uh... The other two're gone." But they were at least gone gone, and considering the conditions Optimus had left them in... Cliffjumper attempted to stand again, but all he got for his trouble was over-balancing as his legs weren't where he wanted them to be.
