Hidden safely behind his mask, Optimus was free to smirk at his Highlord's obvious surprise. He barely gave himself the chance to take in the sight - if circumstances were different, he could have properly enjoyed Megatron's disheveled, overheated look. Instead, he largely only analyzed it for the very weaknesses Megatron was chiding himself for; the weakness and possible strain-damage to limbs, the overworking engine, sources of overheating, the leg his weight was balanced on-
He only needed one weakness, in the right place, and enough surprise for one move. The balance was right- and he moved, only a short step forward, hand coming up as if to to clap him on the shoulder or to offer bracing support, if not for the too-fast speed of the motion-
And used the other hand to clap an open suppressor collar against the back of Megatron's neck, where the open hinge snapped closed around the Highlord's powerful cabling with the force of the blow.
