It was more what he said that made Megatron move than the fact that Optimus was approaching, but he dodged away, taking advantage of the fact that the corridors in the tower, and especially here around the Prime's floors, were all wide and high. Even standing relatively close, it wasn't hard to take a step away and then dash sideways, around Optimus.
"'No'? And for how long..?" Optics narrowed and hands tightening into fists, Megatron had stopped trying to get the collar off; he obviously wasn't strong enough right now to be able to simply break it. Had the collar been actual stasis cuffs, he would have been... slightly less worried. It'd be impractical to keep cuffs on for any length of time, but this collar?
It made him uneasy.
And Optimus would have to work harder if he wanted to catch him; he may be tired and possess only a fraction of his usual strength, but that didn't mean he'd lost his speed... Just a bit of reaction time.
