Optimus latched on when he hit the heavier-framed mech, and was instantly grateful for both his mask and the weakening powers of the collar when Megatron's blow snapped his helm back. It still hurt, and he let out a growl, helm snapping forward to hit Megatron in the jaw in retaliation the moment his vision stopped fritzing with static.
Then he lashed out with a foot, entangling their legs and aiming to bring Megatron down to his knees.
