O: Gripping the edge of the roof, he dangles down over the corner of the building. Then, digging hands into the moorings, ledges, and the two sides of the building itself, he basically slid right down the side.
The landing would be a bit bumpy, but it would keep them from being an easy target as they dropped down. He couldn't afford to keep Cliffjumper at his back for long, after all.
Too easy a shot to make.
CJ: No shot comes, however, even if Cliffjumper feels explosed like slag like this, though it's brief. But considering what the earlier group had been intending to do - unless there's more than one group, which is improbable - the 'worst' would probably have been another stasis shot, or maybe even a null-ray blast. Or something else incapacitating, but not injuring.
"Ya think there was only one group? I ain't pickin' up on anything." Cliffjumper frowned, looking around as best he could from his dangling perch against Optimus' back. The landing was jarring, but nothing either of them couldn't survive, and at least it served to tell Cliffjumper that he was getting some of the sensory net functionality back.
It seemed a bit strange, however, that there'd only be one small group, especially as that first group had - to great pains, though - whittled the bodyguard down until he should be rather easily taken out by anyone who attempted anything now.
