O: If Optimus feels the touch, he doesn't show it - he's too practiced to be startled by it. It was something most people did when inside him for the first time.
::...Hn. Good to hear." At least they had a route out, and while he didn't exacly approve of the overzealous methods that were sure to have been put to use, it was hard to worry too much when that same mob had nearly killed them both.
Engine rumbling, at least they were able to travel back to the Towers without running into any more mobs, and by the looks of things the damage hadn't even gotten close to the noble's territory.

CJ: Probably just as well, since Cliffjumper would have been rather embarrassed at having been caught or noticed... It's one thing to just nicely sit put in a trailer that's obviously part of someone, and another thing entirely to be (however briefly or shyly) feeling (up) said individual along walls and floor from the inside.
Getting out when they'd got to the sprawling court in front of their destination, Cliffjumper waited until Optimus had transformed back into root mode, rubbing the back of his helm, before he spoke.
"Yeah. Uhm. Sorry 'bout this." Cliffjumper was starting to feel bad, actually. He hadn't wanted to go to the detail shop to order the detailwork to be done later that cycle for the night, so he'd been recalcitrant about going back, too, and had decided to do it the long way, and by foot.
