Professional until the end, Optimus simply listens in without being obvious about it, taking a stance and keeping at his place behind Cliffjumper. He exchanges a barely-perceptible nod with Springer, a similarly armored mech in a similar position as himself, while the nod and wink thrown at him by Hot Rod does nothing to change his earlier impression of the mech.
