Cliffjumper felt a bit reluctant to give either of the two guns up, especially now that he had an actual normal blaster tucked away (since the one he'd withdrawn was the stasis-shot gun). So he hesitated while Optimus punche dthe access hatch, frowning.
"I don't think that's gonna work. Unless it's---" Then the elevator stopped and Cliffjumper, surprised, swore as he went to exchange the guns (the stasis shot one would surely not be very useful) in subspace, but froze as he saw what the seven mechs outside were wielding.
"Slag---" Bouncing backwards, Cliffjumper realized there was nowhere to go, though his bodyguard, being in front of him and being taller and generally bigger, was both in the way of the shots, and took them.
The null-ray cannons - slender things for being rather large and looking slightly out of place on grounded mechs - whined as they were fired, first the few to take out the bodyguard, and then Cliffjumper was staring at a little over a handful of mechs who were black and purple, grinning, and clearly about to fire again.
Grimacing, Cliffjumper yelled as he launched himself at the nearest one, both of them tumbling to the ground, but shortly after that, amid swearing and a few jeers even, the null-ray cannons were fired again.
Cliffjumper hated Decepticons and their damned underhanded ways (nevermind that the Towers were pretty cut-throat too.
ONOEZ OUR NONEXISTENT PLANS! :C
