He'd never been hit by a null-ray blast before, but Cliffjumper was rather sure he hated it already, when awareness slowly came back as sections of his processors rebooted in turn.
It's very unpleasant to be staring at something, not aware you're doing so, your optics having onlined before you were even aware. When he could both focus and process what he was seeing, however, Cliffjumper swore and jerked away... Or tried to.
There was a very heavy hand on his helm, keeping it in place, and the femme was half pinning him to the... berth?
"I'm gonna tear your fraggin' armour off!" The bellow did no good, however, as the femme didn't acknowledge him at all, merely stared off at the wall while she fiddled with the cable... connecting... them.
Slag, was she---!
"This's gonna be harder than it seems. Everything's pretty well protected. Nice firewalls. Suppose they've got the money for it," the femme said with a shrug, and Cliffjumper's rising panic abated some. Even more when she unplugged and stepped away, allowin the minibot thus to get up on his feet and back up, glaring at everything and anything, especially when Ratbat came into view.
"Well, we have time. As long as you can get to the relevant information and the necessary... reprogramming."
Cliffjumper stared, optics wide before he snarled and attempted to throw himself at the Decepticon senator... and was brought up short by the chain attached to the collar, slamming down on his back. Ratbat chuckled and stretched a hand out, trailig a finger along a foot, and Cliffjumper kicked out and scrambled backwards again.
And where was Optimus? Had they just, perhaps, left him in the elevator?
