There was a visible twitch when Optimus ripped the relay out of the guard's neck; she wasn't any sort of flavour of soldier at all. But she was also a professional, and instead of letting go when the large mech stepped over the guard and came closer, she slid off the berth, pulling the minibot with her.

"I don't think you should come any closer." Also not taking her optics off Optimus, she slowly backed up, towards the door, ignoring Cliffjumper's attempts at digging the backs of his feet into the floor.

What frustrated Cliffjumper the most was that the connection was firmly one-sided (obviously); if it had been a double-heanded link, he could have gone on the offense. Which he had no possibility of doing at all right now, and the possibility of a virus was also very stark in his mind.

He hoped she hadn't managed to drop a sleeper in without him noticing.
