Optimus felt like his bolts might rattle right out of his platting as they tumbled down the steps, at least one more drone getting crushed as they bounced down. Thankfully, the the stairs curved around, and they crashed into the wall instead of continuing on down the stairwell.
It only took a nanokilk for his gyros to restablize, but then he was up on his feet again, gun up and shooting through the air. He could see the swarm of them coming, the flickers of light as their tendrils reached for Cliffjumper's helm, and fired as quickly he could.
