No, there was nothing going "on" tonight, but on the other hand he wasn't quite flouting any rules or policies, as he wasn't being quite "extreme" enough to warrant being tossed out.
Just kept an optic on.
And Turmoil rather relished that, pushing the allowed boundaries.

Well, probably. There was a few other things that would be allowed as well, but Megatron had his own ways of influencing a decision - even if that might put Turmoil's awareness squarely on him
