Switching his optics to alternate readouts, Orion slipped down through the hatch with unexpectedly little hesitation. He fumbled around for something to grip, and slowly lowered himself down via what felt like a rusty ladder.
"I don't suppose it is safe to turn my headlights on?" Infared and nightvision were good and all, but it wasn't light. But he didn't want to accidentally trip anything, either.
