It was fairly obvious that Cliffjumper was avoiding him.
Given the lack of proper response to his final comm to the sudden, conspicuous absence of red horns in the public groups of minibots when he was near, Mirage would have been a very poor Spec Ops mech if he didn't notice.
It made him wonder all the harder what exactly Cliffjumper had seen. But of course, there were only a few options for that...which made no sense. The minibot would have been snapped up by a Temple ages ago if he somehow saw the ritual in it's entirety.
So many questions left unanswered, and no one in sight to clear things up.
Which is why Mirage didn't exactly expect to run into Cliffjumper 'out in the open' of the rec room. The noblemech froze in his steps, debating a number of options all at once. Going invisible was immediately discounted, but he didn't want the mech to run as soon as he was spotted...
