He could already feel the unusual levels of strain on his invisibility systems, but he was at Skywarp's back in less than three seconds. He needed to get the seeker to let go of Cliffjumper without causing the minibot further damage - and he knew one way that was almost always guaranteed to make a mech drop what he was holding.
A flick of the wrist ejected two small metal cylinders, connected with a length of metal cording. Grasping one in each hand, Mirage made them into a loop- and leaped, practically stepping on Skywarp's lower back to reach the loop over the Seeker's head and around his neck.
A press of a button activated the energon cabling along the wire, and Mirage fell back with all his weight on the garrote pulled taunt around Skywarp's neck. Invisibility flickered out, useless.
