Mirage stumbled closer, frame and field both perking up as they approached the dark underhang.
"Thank Primus! Turn your headlights on, Cliffjumper!"
It was a cave. A shallow, fairly low cave - it would be impressive enough to house a number of humans easily, but for them, it was little more than a dugout. But it was deep enough to give them out of the wind, which was what they needed.
Mirage paused only long enough to pull a beacon out of subspace with shaky fingers, slapping it on the outer ridge of the cave before crawling inside.
